Get to Know Me!

I love teaching anything nutrition, fitness, and natural health in a way that's understandable for "everyday" people. I love sharing what I know (it was so cool to be a guest on the Dr. Oz show!). I also love that my own health challenges keep teaching me more (click here to read my story that I'm actually embarrassed to share, but it teaches something. And I LOVE teaching!)

Let me help you create a healthy lifestyle that works for you and works forever. No more of this being "on a plan" stuff. After all, you want to feel great and enjoy life. When you succeed, you inspire others. That’s how we build a healthier world!

My 20 years in corporate fitness and 15+ years in nutrition and functional medicine
made me realize

I was SO HAPPY to be invited by Dr. Oz to talk about my favorite health topic: THE LIVER!

In case you missed the show:

I talked with Dr. Oz about USANA Health Sciences' amazing liver support product, Hepasil
