Terrific Turkey Meatballs Recipe: Gluten-Free and Good Any Time

1 lb. organic ground turkey (dark meat)

1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs

3 teaspoons Italian seasoning (Simply Organic Italian Dressing Mix works well)

2 eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon butter or coconut oil (to grease the baking dish)

1/4 cup Romano cheese (0ptional)


  1. Mix turkey meat with the breadcrumbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, Italian seasoning, and olive oil.
  3. Blend everything together. If you want to add cheese, mix it in after everything else.
  4. Wet your hands with water and make the meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs in a baking dish that has been greased lightly with butter or coconut oil.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes (depending on the size of the meatball). If you make 15 meatballs, then bake for 30 minutes. For smaller meatballs, start checking them after 20 minutes.
