Ingredients

  • 2 large fennel bulbs (include stems and feathery greens)
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled
  • 2 lemons, peeled (but leave some white and skin on)
  • 2 apples, peeled
  • 2 one-inch pieces of ginger root, peeled (or use more!)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 35 dandelion green leaves

Instructions

Put all ingredients through the juicer in the following order:  cucumbers, some fennel, apples, some fennel, lemon, some fennel pieces, cilantro, dandelion greens, ginger, remaining fennel

 

Notes

If you don’t have a juicer, use 4 cups of fennel tea (brewed and cooled) and add cucumbers, apples, lemon, cilantro, and dandelion greens to a blender. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes and serve. It’s a bit pulpy, but it works.
